The Crodough brings out the best in the croissant and the doughnut. Rinkoff's croissant pastry is fried like a doughnut to give extra height and a layered effect. The Crodough is then filled with delicious flavours such as custard, chocolate and lemon drizzle.

Rinkoff's are a fourth generation family bakery, founded, in 1911, by Hyman Rinkoff - top left corner - a master baker from the Ukraine. 102 years on Rinkoff's artisan bakery makes breads (from challahs to rye), cakes (from cheesecake to danish) and now Crodoughs.
